By accessing the website, completing the intake assessment, or signing in via Google OAuth or email verification, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must immediately discontinue using our services.
Health & Medical Disclaimer
DietsBinder is founded on the philosophy of examining how your day unfolds — focusing on meal timing, hydration, and wholesome foods from regular grocery stores. It is essential that you understand the scope of what we do and what we do not do:
- No Doctor-Patient Relationship: Using DietsBinder does not establish a clinical doctor-patient, dietitian-patient, or medical provider relationship.
- Not a Substitute for Professional Care: The information provided in our binder sheets, guides, and habit reviews is educational. Never ignore professional medical advice or delay seeking medical treatment because of something you read on DietsBinder.
- Individual Variability: Every body responds differently to dietary schedules. DietsBinder does not guarantee specific weight loss figures, medical cures, or metabolic transformations.
- Pre-existing Conditions: If you are pregnant, nursing, have a history of eating disorders, or manage chronic health conditions, you must seek guidance from your personal healthcare provider prior to following any meal blueprint.
Services & Assessment Intake
DietsBinder offers an interactive 3-minute intake flow at /assessment that builds a custom binder of observations and meal suggestions based on your routine:
- Accuracy of Information: Because your blueprint is generated according to your reported schedule (wake times, meal gaps, sleep), you agree to provide truthful and accurate answers.
- Service Modifications: We reserve the right to modify, refine, or temporarily suspend portions of the assessment or meal blueprint generators to improve user experience or maintain technical stability.
User Accounts & Authentication
You may use DietsBinder anonymously during the initial assessment. To save your responses and access your binder across sessions, you may register an account using:
- Sign in with Google: Authenticating through Google OAuth 2.0. By using this method, you authorize us to access your public profile name and verified email address in strict accordance with our Privacy Policy.
- Email Verification: Providing your email address to receive short-lived, single-use authentication codes.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account and device. You agree to notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.
Acceptable Use & Prohibited Conduct
When interacting with DietsBinder, you agree not to:
- Use automated scrapers, bots, spiders, or crawling tools to extract meal blueprints, assessment questions, or site content without our explicit written permission.
- Attempt to probe, scan, or breach the security of our authentication endpoints, API routes, or database infrastructure.
- Impersonate another individual or authenticate using an email address that you do not legally own or have explicit authorization to use.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or copy the proprietary assessment logic and binder design workflows.
- Use the service for any unlawful, harassing, or fraudulent purpose.
Intellectual Property Rights
All content, branding, visual designs, trademarks, copy, software code, intake algorithms, and binder layouts found on DietsBinder are the intellectual property of DietsBinder and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and trade secret laws.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and view your personal diet binder for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, resell, or distribute any part of our blueprints without written consent.
Third-Party Services & Google Sign-In
Our authentication utilizes Google Identity Services. Your use of Google sign-in is also subject to Google's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. DietsBinder is not responsible for the availability, uptime, or policies of third-party platforms.
Disclaimer of Warranties
DietsBinder is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.
We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, completely secure, or that any nutritional recommendations will meet your specific biological expectations.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall DietsBinder, its founders, affiliates, employees, or contractors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, personal goodwill, or physical injury resulting from:
- Your access to, use of, or inability to access or use the service;
- Any dietary changes made without medical supervision;
- Unauthorized access, alteration, or interception of your transmissions or data.
Termination & Account Cancellation
You may discontinue using DietsBinder at any time. You can request the deletion of your account and saved assessment records by emailing [email protected].
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if you breach any provision of these Terms or engage in fraudulent or abusive activities.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of our operating jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably through good-faith negotiation.
